standard operating procedures

    Our standard operating procedures are a list of general procedures that we follow. We realize every client will require a unique experince so while these are standard we see these as more general. They are as follows:

  • We sit with the client and discuss their needs.
  • After determining their needs we give them sample sites. Included in this document are explainations of all features of their webstie. It is also at this time that they recieve a quote.
  • Upon review of our proposal the client will determine if the proposed website meets their needs. Upon approval we will move on.
  • After the approval process is done we move into the testing stage. This is where we do testing, testing and more testing.
  • Upon completion the client will give payment and the site will go live.
